Qualifications:

Fluent in English to actively communicate in our internationally-oriented environment
Stay updated on new digital trends in the industry
Possess strong communication skills, a systematic approach to work, and excel at collaboration
Higher education
Previous experience in Customer Services
Energy Systems Engineering or Electrical-Electronic Engineering will be a plus
Strong sense of time organization and urgency
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
Ability to travel as needed
Flexibility and adaptability to the dynamism of the company and the team
Responsibilities:

Maintain regular and timely interaction with customers and provide after-sales support via chat and email channels on a daily basis
Ensure exceptional Customer Experience through various tasks including Customer Contact, Customer Care, Key Account Management and e-Business Solutions.
Coordinate projects within the after-sale department
Learn and develop expertise in wind turbine and flexible solar panel manufacturing
Collaborate with product management teams.
Work alongside R and D to drive improvements.
Proactively address customer concerns and provide effective solutions
